Returns policy

Scope

This policy applies to the sample products listed on the shop page when they are collected from or coordinated through the Tram Depot desk. Third-party items purchased elsewhere are outside this scope.

Time window

You may request a return conversation within fourteen days of the recorded pickup date. The desk replies with neutral instructions; no outcome is implied before inspection.

Condition

Items should be unused, with any supplied packaging intact where reasonable. If a manufacturing fault is suspected, include clear photographs in your first message so we can archive them with the case file.

Process

Email info@whrixxenkhik.world or use the contact form with the word “Return” in the subject line. We document each step in writing so both parties share the same record.

Refunds and postage

When a refund is agreed, it is issued using the same payment channel where possible. Unless the desk confirms otherwise, return postage is arranged by the sender and should use a tracked service.
